When does an order become binding?
When you approve the proof and production is booked.
These terms apply to every order. They are written to be read, so please ask if anything is unclear.
We price each job by email. A quote covers the size, board, print, finish and quantity described in it. If any of those change, the price may change, and we will tell you before going ahead.
We send a free design proof before printing. Please check sizes, spelling, colours and positions carefully. Production starts only when you approve the proof, and approved proofs are printed as shown.
Production takes 5 to 7 working days after proof approval. Delivery is free and tracked to UK mainland addresses and takes 2 to 3 working days. Dates are our honest estimates; we tell you straight away if anything changes.
Payment terms are set out on your quote and confirmed before production is booked.
If displays are misprinted against the approved proof, faulty or damaged in transit, report it within 10 days of delivery and we reprint or refund the affected items. Because every display is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
You confirm you have the right to use the artwork, logos and images you send us. We use them only to make your order.
