Delivery is free and tracked to UK mainland addresses. Here is how the timing works from proof to doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 5 to 7 working days after you approve the proof. Your displays are then sent by tracked courier and arrive within 2 to 3 working days. We email the tracking details when the order leaves us.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only: homes, offices, warehouses and shops. If your displays need to go to several stores, tell us when you ask for a quote and we will price the split delivery.
How are displays packed?
Flat displays are packed in outer cartons with the parts for each display kept together. Rigid displays are packed made up with protection between them. Floor units ship flat with their shelves and header in the same carton.
What should I check on arrival?
Count the cartons against the delivery note and open one to check the print. If anything is damaged or misprinted, photograph it and tell us within 10 days.

Can I get my displays sooner?

Do you deliver beyond the UK mainland?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
Can you deliver to several shops?
Yes. Send the addresses with your quote request and we price the split delivery.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email tracking details when the order is sent.
What if I am not in when the courier calls?
The courier will follow their usual redelivery process. Add a safe place or a phone number on your order.
Are displays delivered flat?
Most are, to save space and protect them. Rigid lidded displays arrive made up.
Can I collect my order?
Ask us when you order and we will tell you whether collection is possible for your job.
Does delivery time include production?
No. Production takes 5 to 7 working days first, then delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
What if part of my order is missing?
Tell us within 10 days and we will check and send the missing items.
