Can I send product samples?
Yes. Ask us first and we will give you the details to post them so they reach the right person.
Do you reply on weekends?
No. We reply on the next working day.
Can I change an order after contacting you?
Yes, until you approve the proof. After that, contact us quickly and we will see what can still be changed.
How do I follow up a quote?
Reply to the quote email. It keeps the details together and reaches the person who priced it.
Can I speak to a designer?
Yes. Ask on the phone or by email and a designer will call or write back about your artwork.
